Frontline Pulse text messages: terms and conditions
Program name: Frontline Pulse, from Protos EQ.
What the program is
Frontline Pulse sends a short text at the start of your shift and another at the end. Each one carries your own link to a check-in that takes about 45 seconds. The check-in asks how the work is landing on you. It is not a test, it is not part of your review, and it is not part of your schedule.
How you are enrolled
Your employer's HR lead enrolls you with your mobile number. The first time you open your link you see a consent screen and press Start. Texts are sent only to people who have been enrolled in a participating organization. We never buy, rent or import lists of numbers.
How often you get texts
Up to two texts per scheduled shift, on your crew's work days: one near the start of the shift and one near the end. Message frequency varies with your crew's schedule. No marketing texts, ever.
Cost
The program is free. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
To stop
Reply STOP to any text and the texts end. You stay enrolled and your link still works if you open it yourself. Replying START turns the texts back on.
For help
Reply HELP to any text, or email coach@protoseq.com.
Skipping
You can skip any question or the whole check-in. Nothing happens and nobody is told.
Who sees your answers
You see your own answers any time. Your supervisor sees how the crew is doing as a group and never sees you. The program is confidential, not anonymous: your answers are tied to you so they can be compared with your own history, and that is what makes it useful. They are never shown to anybody else. See the privacy policy.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
